It's been a while since my last blog and its been a challenging time filled with a very hard goodbye.
As many of you know I am slightly obsessed with horses and I have been very lucky to have some wonderful creatures come into my life over the last few years. I lost my ginger horse 'Pumpkin' a year and a half ago to a rare disease which was a terrible shock and has taken me some time to come to terms with.
For those of you who have lost an animal, my heart goes out to you, I truly lost part of my 'sunshine' and it has taken a long time for my heart to feel lifted once more. As they say, time is a healer and whilst you never really 'heal' the world does still spin (apparently!) and we do find a way.
I have since created a profile called The Hatless Cowgirl on Instagram and TikTok as I have pour my loving energy into healing horses and supporting them on every level; emotionally, spiritually and physically. I have four horses in my care and I am seeing such wonderful things from them following my programme. Please visit my profile to follow me on my journey!
